RESEARCH AND DEVELOPMENT
Soul and thought
The research and development department is the pulsating soul from which every idea takes shape. It is here that the feasibility of each formula is devised and verified. Every formulation is created to be appreciated both in terms of effectiveness and in the way of consumption.
The solubilization of an ingredient or the aromatization of a powder are very important processes and are decisive for the goodness and quality of the final product.
ANALYTICAL CHECKS / SAMPLE APPROVAL
In this phase, depending on the customer’s needs, we control selected raw materials and pilot sampling of the final formulation with specific analytical checkn in order to positively evaluate the standard achieved.
PILOT PRODUCTION
If requested by the customer, we are also able to create a mini pilot batch of the approved product formula, in order to check in advance the outcome of the subsequent industrial production with the utmost accuracy.
INDUSTRIALIZATION
The execution of a pilot batch allows us to standardize the industrial phase in the best possible way, avoiding surprises and ensuring accurate time delivery, as well as accuracy of the overall formula cost.
